The Montana Performance Improvement Network (PIN) is building a process improvement infrastructure for its members to move beyond data collection to improving facility performance, patient safety and satisfaction through multiple network wide QI opportunities.
QI Showcase: The QI Showcase platform offers our members a forum to share their QI successes and provide others with resources that led to proven improvement outcomes. These resources are shared online and at Regional DON/QIC Meetings.
M2O Program: MBQIP to Outcomes: Provides opportunities for members to participate in facilitated improvement projects that provide education and tools for utilizing lean methodologies and other established continuous quality improvement methods.
Quality Improvement Studies: Facilitate meeting State and Federal Quality Improvement Standards by offering statewide QIS on MBQIP measures & patient safety measures.
QI Coordinator Education: MT Flex provides QIC education directly through site visits with customized QI materials. Please contact Jamie Schutlz at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a site visit.
Our national partners have launched a new Toolkit just for Critical Access Hospitals! This toolkit provides a lot of templates that you can utilize for improving internal process and help track real time data.
